4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the service start date will receive a full refund, minus applicable administrative fees.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the service start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the service start date are not eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the request.
• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Administrative and transaction fees are non-refundable.
• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies), Paucar & Romero JA E.I.R.L. may offer rescheduling or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Paucar & Romero JA E.I.R.L. is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or accidents that may occur during the provision of services, except in cases of proven negligence. We recommend that clients obtain adequate travel insurance.
